Honeywell has a reputation for creating world class products and solutions across industries. So why would there be a reason for their retail rewards program to be any different? Honeywell has a large retail network around the country, whose success and performance is closely tied to the overall performance and growth of the company.
Honeywell wanted to create a rewards program for their retail channel partners, but one that was actually rewarding as well as easy to access & monitor. Pineapple was asked to help them achieve this objective by creating a website, a mobile application and corporate communication, for the Honeywell Prestige Club Pro.
Originally launched in 2018, with the objective to incentivise true performers, the Prestige Club Pro was a re-launch of the original version with a much larger canvas. Much like the original program, Pineapple helped re-launch the newer version with a complete redesign; all the way from naming, identity design, website and app UI / UX; to the external offline communication for conveying the key features and benefits to its nationwide team.
To articulate the conscious intention of incentivizing retail partners, the overall visual aesthetic was intended to be clean and user friendly. Each communication and piece of information was placed into a hierarchy, such that it could be easily absorbed. The rewards, benefits, SKU availability of products, previous orders and current points balance, were all to be viewed seamlessly throughout the multiple communication assets for Prestige Club Pro.
The initiative was seamlessly implemented through the means of a purpose-built mobile application, which made it easier to keep track of one’s progress anytime, anywhere. This made the entire experience interactive and personal to each partner.
The information hierarchy, structure, interface and experience was consciously crafted by Pineapple to ensure a consistent transition and seamless navigation.
The identity was seamlessly integrated in collaterals, designed to convey a feeling of exclusivity
Honeywell first launched this program in 2018, with the name Prestige Club. The sheer quantum of response and the promise that it held was soon realized, leading to a much improved version, in the form of Prestige Club PRO, as featured above.
The program has now matured and has gained traction, with its newly introduced app hitting the bullseye, by displaying leaderboards across categories and geographies through national rankings.
In its very first year, the initiative instantly caught the fancy of laggards by providing a glimpse of what they could achieve by focusing on their performance.
An incentive program that has truly been able to achieve its purpose of inspiring the team to aim for the stars.
