Sales and distribution are critical for any company, especially one with the operating size and might of Honeywell. In order to keep such an organization’s teams motivated and inspired to achieve the next level of growth, Pineapple created specially curated communications, for the 2020 Annual Sales Kickoff.
Despite turbulent times for the business and overall economy, during the previous year, some specific Honeywell teams achieved record numbers. Pineapple created simple, yet highly inspirational, messaging; which was communicated at the dealer event, in the form of a movie, ambience branding, and event collaterals.
‘heroes celebrating heroes’, was the overall mood and theme, to be created. With this in mind, a well thought out campaign was launched, beginning with teaser emailers. This was followed by a reveal, and an impressive array of on-site communication, at the venue for the dealer conference.
The massive backdrop, along with the inspirational movie featured above, catapulted the collective mood of the team to a new high, infusing a new energy into the target setting, for the following year. The 2019 annual sales kickoff, held in Jaipur, called for a celebratory mood, while ensuring that this energy was channeled to motivating and strengthening self belief.
Team Pineapple came up with a multitude of ideas for the annual sales kickoff, amongst which three themes really stood out; ‘Padharo Mhare Des’, ‘Super Heroes’ and ‘Bollywood’. With the objective of having a fun filled event, which would reward achievers while encouraging the teams to do more in the year ahead, team Honeywell asked us to ‘fuse’ all three ideas into one mega experience.
